Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:
Damaged or Defective Items – If your product arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue.
Incorrect or Missing Items – If you receive the wrong item or something is missing from your order, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution.

 

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Change of Mind – Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or refunds for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please check our size charts carefully before ordering.
Customized or Personalized Items – Items with custom text, colors, or designs are non-refundable unless they are defective.

 

How to Request a Refund or Replacement

📧 Email us at contact@wildserve.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
🔹 Provide your order number and photos of the defective or incorrect item.
🔹 Our team will review your request and get back to you within 2-3 business days.

Refund Processing

✔ If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
✔ If a replacement is needed, we will ship it at no extra cost.
